Sigma started with a simple observation: organisations are drowning in data they don't use, and talented people are locked out of data careers by training that is too theoretical, too expensive, or too disconnected from real work.

So we built a company that attacks the problem from both sides. We train individuals and teams with the same hands-on methods we use in our own consulting work — and we build the software and analysis that turns organisations' raw data into decisions.

Today we deliver live training cohorts, self-paced video courses, custom software, and research & data consulting for clients across banking, health, education, development and the public sector.
